This process will make it highly unlikely you'll have to deal

I have used a lot of them in the past my fav is spy doctor. It always finds stuff the other are missing. It has a good free trail.

Avast is great at detecting anything bad that tries to get on your pc and it sits quietly on your taskbar. You should download both to your C drive.
the one that i use is called spybot-search%26destroy

just do a yahoo search on it and then install it to your c drive. its reall easy to install and use.
