You can't actually "share custody" of software. The EULA is for one user, one computer.
Buy Photoshop Elements 5, it does virtually everything someone like you would need to do.

If you really want it at a low price, you could buy Elements for about a tenth of the price
Why do you have to buy it? I downloaded it for free and it works fine.
