i have recently bought adobe photoshop elements 5.0 from pc world. Stuck onto the wrapper is a yellow sticker saying "upgrade versio

n. This upgrade version will install only if you are licensed user of a previous version of: adobe photoshop elements, photoshop alb

um, photoshop LE, or Adobe photo dulex. Previous serial number required.

I don't want to open this packaging incase this stops me taking it back.

My question is will the software have a serial number inside?
