What photoshop do You Use To Make These?? Or Can You Use Any Photoshop???

Linda S is right, they are probably done with Illustrator. Basic difference: Photoshop is a raster program, it uses pixels. You cannot enlarge a raster image a lot without distortion/fuzziness/jaggies. Image Resolution is important!

Illustrator is vector. Vectors are mathematically based, use lines, curves, objects, don't care about pixels, which means you can draw something in Illustrator and then make it whatever size you need without worry about distortion.
