define "cool" or nobody will know what you mean.

Photoshop will do any kind of photo manipulation you want. Special effects, fixing damaged photos (like creases, stains, tears), cloning in stuff, cloning out stuff, warping. Creating website designs, nav buttons. The trick: you have to know how to use it.

But Photoshop can't focus a blurry picture. It can only work with digital data that exists in the first place.

i can photo shop it
its too blurry and scratchy to properly edit it...
photoshop lets you edit a photo to look better. like supermodels look. a photoshop can change the picture to make you look better or edit stuff out of the picture if you have program to do that.
The pic I clicked on has been messed with in Photoshop already. Do you have the original pic?
