Ok, i jus went onto the adobe photoshop site, and clicked download free trial for Photoshop CS3. It went through the installation and then it brought me to suttn called Setup.exe. now when that was done downloading the components and photoshop cs3 it told me to click finish and restart and when i did nothing happend!!! i dont know how to run photoshop or where the program is

First you need to figure out if Photoshop did get installed. For this, goto your control panel and click on 'Add or Remove Programs'. See if you can find Photoshop in the list of installed programs.
If you can find it, go through your start menu items to see if the shortcut is there. Also do a search on 'Adobe' to see if you can locate the folder.
If you cannot find it in the list of installed programs, you need to re-install it.
