BUT i GOT PHOTOSHOP CS3 NOW %26%26 ii HAVE TO DOWNLOAD ALL THE BRUSHES AGAiiN

i have download my photoshop brushes when i use CS2, and after i change it to CS3, i still can use that brushes...

hm...maybe you can download that brushes from same source where you download for your CS2... or just search it from yahoo... you can find so many website there...
